Use of this Form

All routings on this form are in accordance with the Cleveland ARTCC LOAs (Letter of Agreements) with our neighboring ARTCCs/facilities. This form only allows search through arrival fields that will return an appropiate routing segment that is necessary for your flight from/through our airspace, to your destination. Controllers are required to utilize these routing segments to comply with neighboring ARTCC/facility restrictions unless otherwise coordinate.
